I oversee all the Works Council’s processes. How can I do this for you? While suiting all parties, I plan Works Council meetings; deliver clear and workable meeting-agenda’s; document readable and relevant minutes and create dynamic action lists.
Within your own digital environment, I will file relevant documents logically, so that the members can find what they need easily. If anyone should have to miss a meeting, they can easily get back on track.

I serve as the expert consultant on the Works Council Act. I can be the group’s collective memory to avoid redundancy. During meetings, I ensure everything on the agenda gets it’s due attention. I am the Works Council’s conscience, I will make sure everybody gets their say. By asking in-depth questions I make sure the majority agrees with a decision. Attention to the human element in a meeting is my trademark.
